Our Story

Welcome ! I’m Angela Itskovych, founder and director of the Dance Therapy Association. It's a pleasure to share our story with you.

My journey with Dance Therapy began in 2022, when I arrived in Paris after the start of the war in Ukraine. It was a time of great uncertainty, but also a moment that sparked an idea: to create a safe and welcoming space where movement, dance and art could help people feel heard, supported and connected.

What began as a small circle of Ukrainians has grown into an international community of solidarity and creativity.

Today, our programs are open to anyone interested in exploring dance, expressing themselves and building deep connections. We collaborate with Ukrainian and French choreographers and dance therapists, creating a space where dance becomes a language of understanding, healing and inspiration.

And our journey continues
